Orders

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, tracking details are provided to help monitor delivery progress.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. Every package is carefully packed to ensure rugs arrive in perfect condition.

Product Information

Each rug is selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and design. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural materials and hand-finishing processes.

Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a return or exchange request can be made within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped. After shipping, cancellations are not possible, but return requests can be made once the order arrives.
